    Loudoun County police arrested a Germantown, Md., woman after she struck a pedestrian with her vehicle early Sunday morning on Route 7. The pedestrian was airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and later released, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
