    On September 30, Minh Nguyen, the Ashburn man accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife's new husband in January, pleaded no contest to first degree murder charges.   • U.S. Marshals arrest suspect at hotel outside Manassas

    Authorities tracked the suspect to a Days Inn on New Market Court, near the intersection of Sudley Road and Interstate 66. Members of the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Taskforce knocked on the hotel room door of the suspect, who was arrested without incident, said spokesman Desmond Proctor.
