Authorities say they've found the body of worker a day after he went missing at a northern Virginia quarry when a silo collapsed. Loudoun County Fire and Rescue officials said Tuesday that rescuers worked through the night at the Luck Stone Leesburg Quarry in Ashburn searching for the 18-year-old man last seen working near the silo on Monday morning.

Sheriff's deputies arrested a Washington, D.C., motorist shortly after midnight Thursday after he rear-ended another vehicle at a stoplight in Ashburn and fled the scene, according to a police report. Ivar M. Cox, 36, was charged with felony hit and run, possession of marijuana and being drunk in public, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said Friday.
