Presentation A number of the menus aren't laid out as well as they could be and are more confusing because of it.

Graphics The art style is handled well enough, but the split-screen 3D in some scenes often leaves a giant, blurry mess on the bottom screen as it's usually right at the ground.

Sound The music is rather bland, though somehow still fitting. The sound effects aren't great, but they'll do.

Gameplay Too many options and mini-games in a turn that lead to what I'd barely call a fight. That might be OK if it were heavy on strategy, but it isn't.

Lasting Appeal The story doesn't take forever, but it is a reasonable length. After that, it's just about skirmishes or playing with a few friends (locally, there's no actual online play).
